When both parties signed this document. The owner agreed to rent out, and the tenant agreed to rent this unit as detailed above. 1. หากผู้เช่าไม่เข้าทำสัญญาเช่าตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด หรือไม่ประสงค์ที่จะเข้าทำสัญญาเช่าห้องที่จองไว้ ผู้ให้เช่าขอสงวนสิทธิริบเงินมัดจำ

3. ผู้เช่าและเจ้าของตกลงยินยอมปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญาจองฉบับนี้ทุกประการ และตกลงว่าจะไม่มีการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือเพิ่มเติมเงื่อนไขใด ๆ ในภายหลัง
The Tenant and the Owner agree to fully comply with all terms and conditions stipulated in this Reservation Agreement and agree that no amendments, modifications, or additions shall be made thereafter.
